Wilkinson GTB 200 Bridge

Photo by Bob Greaves - 2002.

This little bridge designed by Trevor Wilkinson is an excellent unit.

It is a 'StepForward', I believe, for guitars that need more of a 'Vintage'
look to them, but need some intonation adjustment.
If the 'locking bolts' were the same colour as the unit itself though, I
think it's appearance would be greatly enhanced.

The GTB 200 comes in a variety of finishes.....
..... Gold, Nickel, Chrome( shown here), Black & Violet Chrome.

A GTB 100 bridge is also available. This has intonation adjustment for the
G & B string only, and comes in the same range of finishes.

Below is some of the Wilkinson by Gotoh catalogue information on the two units.

The GTB 100..... "The Old Style wrap over tailpiece has always been one of my
favorite bridges. Rock solid and ultra simple it only had one fault, it didn't intonate ! The GTB 100 is designed to retrofit existing guitars and it's angled intonation line with movable G and B saddle block will now allow intonation with these troublesome strings and modern string guages.
The GTB 200.....  adds another adjustable saddle block for the A and D strings."

"I myself have found these units to be excellent. -  Kev.
