TAPING UP
Tape up (with 'low-tack' tape) the fingerboard between the frets, and down round the side of the neck too. The Neck Joint area and Pickups also have to be taped to protect the Guitar from possible damage by the tools when doing the job. Leave only the frets exposed in all those areas.
