MEDUSA JUNIOR PATTERNS
This is the outline pattern for a Medusa Junior, which also shows the scratch-plate shape and the router patterns for a Kahler Pro Trem and an 'angled' Humbucker.
Again this is an outline pattern for a Medusa Junior but also shows the router pattern for the 'tongue fit' type neck joint.
This is a Mahogany

above with the 'tongue fit' neck glued in
position.
The body has been routed for a Kahler Pro Trem and
for an 'angled' Humbucker.
The neck has had the 'slot' for the truss-rod
routed.
In the picture above, the fingerboard has been put into position..... you can now see the style of the guitar with the neck 'perched' on the end of the body. The 'tongue fit' joint can be clearly seen..... this is usually covered with a scratch-plate. It is quite noticeable from the picture that if a hole was routed for a neck position pickup, the neck joint would be seriously compromised.
