KAHLER RETRO-FITTING PIX

Below are a few pix of some of our recent
Retro-fits of various Kahler models.

A
New Swamp Ash Str*t style body
was built to fit a Kahler
as the customers original body, fitted with a
Floyd Rose, was no longer usable. As the top of the Floyd studs had pulled
forwards and the back of the studs
were breaking out into the routed trem cavity... drilling, plugging and drilling
for the studs would no longer
really be an option. An Original
'boxed' Kahler 2300 was fitted to the
new body.

A
Thru-neck ESP
which originally had a Floyd Rose was completely
re-vamped to fit a New Kahler 2315 unit.
All the original trem holes were plugged, a new cavity for the
Kahler was
routed and the body was refinished.

An
Ibanez Destroyer II
originally had a licensed Floyd system.
The customer wanted an original boxed 2300
Kahler unit
fitted. The guitar body was completely renovated...
All the original trem cavities were plugged and a new cavity was routed. The
body was then refinished.
The guitar was fitted up with the
Original Boxed Kahler 2300.

An
Indie Tribal
was fitted with a New Kahler 7200 unit.
In this case the bridge and tail studs were changed and a cavity routed for the
new unit.
